About Us

Kisti brings affordable smartphones to underserved communities to promote digital literacy, entrepreneurship and connectivity.

Kisti is an Inclusive Economic Empowerment Platform. Our journey began with the underserved communities living in the remote areas of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), including Indigenous and Bengali communities, and extends to all marginalized and disadvantaged communities across the country. By making smartphones and technology accessible at affordable prices, we are connecting them directly to the mainstream digital economy.

We are not just providing access to technology; rather, we are working as a trusted social partner throughout the entire journey, from equipping young people in the hills and plains with skills and creating opportunities for safe overseas employment to supporting women in becoming self-reliant entrepreneurs and helping returning migrant workers rebuild their financial stability and establish themselves economically in the country.

We focus on communities who have been left out of the digital revolution — day laborers, smallholders, women entrepreneurs, indigenous communities, and low-income families.

Integrity is non-negotiable. All our financial products are 100% Shariah-compliant (Murabaha & Qard-al-Hasan), ensuring zero interest, transparent pricing, and dignity for every borrower. We finance access to opportunity, never debt traps.

To build an inclusive and sustainable digital economy where geographical, financial, or social barriers do not prevent people from accessing technology, education, finance, labor markets, and employment opportunities.

 

 

  1. Geographic & Social Expansion: Expand our Community-Based Digital Inclusion Model across the Chittagong Hill Tracts (Bandarban, Rangamati, and Khagrachhari) and other remote coastal areas, bringing technology access and digital skills to 10,000+ underserved families.
  2. Sustainable Ecosystem Development: Build a strong e-commerce and market linkage ecosystem for local agricultural products, Jum crops, fruits, and handicrafts, enabling producers to receive fair prices and reducing their dependence on exploitative intermediaries.
  3. Women & Youth Entrepreneurship: Provide women and young people in the hill and other underserved communities with training in e-commerce, freelancing, and e-agriculture, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods and become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
  4. Safe Migration Financing: Through the Islamic Overseas Employment Support Fund (IOESF), provide interest-free and Shariah-compliant financing to thousands of underserved young people, enabling them to pursue skilled, safe, and lawful overseas employment opportunities.
